Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

• A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

• Only items purchased directly from Island Prep are eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment where applicable.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be arranged through a bank transfer or store credit, as preferred.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items marked as final sale

• Used or damaged items not caused by shipping or manufacturing issues

• Items returned after the 7-day window
